Harvardy started his career at SGS Legal Consulting in 2006 and KarimSyah Law Firm in 2007 where he worked on various commercial disputes, arbitration and general corporate matters. In 2009, Harvardy joined Ignatius Andy Law Offices where he concentrated his practice in arbitration and civil-commercial litigations. During his term in Ignatius Andy Law Offices, Harvardy was seconded to one of the world largest gold mining companies, namely PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, as in-house legal counsel for litigation and corporate matters.

In 2012, Harvardy established Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren – Attorneys at Law (HMM Attorneys), as the Managing Partner. He led the litigation practice group in the firm, which include liquidation and insolvency.

Harvardy was the key partner in making HMM Attorneys recognized in several surveys conducted by various national and international institutions as the best litigation and dispute resolution law firm in Indonesia, as follows:

Nonetheless, HLAW also provides legal services on general corporate matters, such as drafting and reviewing agreements, corporate secretarial matters, and company establishment.
