Harvardy commenced his legal career in 2006, gaining valuable experience at several prominent law firms. His practice has encompassed a wide range of areas, including commercial disputes, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and general corporate matters.

In 2009, Harvardy was seconded to one of the world's largest gold mining companies, serving as in-house legal counsel for litigation and corporate issues.

In 2012, Harvardy founded his own law firm as the Managing Partner, leading the litigation practice group, which includes liquidation and insolvency. Under his leadership, the firm gained recognition in several surveys conducted by both national and international institutions, earning accolades as the best litigation and dispute resolution law firm in Indonesia.

In 2021, Harvardy is also named as one of the Finalists of the Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year amongst the Indonesian senior lawyers.

Harvardy listed as Recommended Lawyer for the category Litigation based on survey held by Hukumonline.com in the In-House Counsel Awards.

Harvardy also named as Future Star for Commercial and Transactions Litigation in Indonesia held by Benchmark Litigation.

In 2023, Harvardy established his solo law fim named Harvardy Law Offices (HLAW) focuses on the following specific areas, i.e. civil-commercial litigation, arbitration, employment, restructuring and insolvency, and liquidation.

Nonetheless, HLAW also provides legal services on general corporate matters, such as drafting and reviewing agreements, corporate secretarial matters, and company establishment.
