Adinda graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Master of Notary Law. She has been admitted to the bar and qualified to appear before all Indonesian courts. Adinda is also certified as a Receiver and a Legal Auditor.

Adinda started her career at Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren – Attorneys at Law in 2017 and worked on various matters focusing on civil-commercial litigations, bankruptcy and general corporate. In 2018, Adinda worked at Harvardy Bankruptcy Practices where she concentrated her practice on bankruptcy, restructuring and civil-commercial litigation matters.

During her professional practice, Adinda has been representing and assisting numerous clients such as PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, PT Vixon Indonesia, PT Ecart Webportal Indonesia (Lazada Indonesia), PT Tokopedia, PT Icart Group Indonesia (Happy Fresh), PT Axiata Digital Services, PT Binakarya Bangun Propertindo, PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama, PT Dhanika Sejahtera Makmur, PT Primerindo Kencana, PT Inklusi Keuangan Nusantara, PT Modal Rakyat Indonesia, PT Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia, and other multinational and national companies in various commercial matters, criminal, disputes and court proceedings.

In 2023, Adinda joined Harvardy Law Offices (HLAW) as a Managing Associate which assisted the clients on several matters such as civil-commercial litigation, employment, restructuring and insolvency, and liquidation.

Liquidation and Insolvency-Related Works

Assisting the Liquidation Team of PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha (In Liquidation) and assisting the Receiver of Bankruptcy Companies such as PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk (In Bankruptcy), PT Arjuna Finance (In Bankruptcy), PT Dell Pan Tunggal (In Bankruptcy) and Adidharma Nurhalim (In Bankruptcy).

Representing 1,732 (one thousand seven hundred thirty-two) Creditors with a claim value of approximately Rp1,500,000,000,000 (one trillion five hundred billion Rupiah) in the Restructuring Process of PT Sentul City, Tbk at the Commercial Court of Jakarta. Representing PT Modal Rakyat Indonesia as a Creditor in Restructuring Process at the Commercial Court of Jakarta. Representing PT Fajar Sejahtera Mandiri as the Respondent towards the Suspension of the Debt Payment Obligations Petition filed by PT Bank ICBC Indonesia as a Secured Creditor at the Commercial Court of Jakarta.
